- Environment Management:
- Create, configure, and maintain Power Platform environments (development, testing, production).
- Implement and manage Dataverse databases, connectors, and resources.
- Monitor system health, usage, and capacity through Admin Centers and Azure Monitor.
- Security & Compliance:
- Manage roles, permissions, and data access (Dataverse security roles, DLP policies).
- Implement governance policies for app creation, data usage, and API management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Automation & Support:
- Develop and maintain administrative automations (e.g., PowerShell scripts, Power Platform Admin Connectors, Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit).
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported problems.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Governance & Best Practices:
- Define and enforce application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
- Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and audit logs.
- Work closely with IT security and architecture teams to align platform governance.
- Training & Enablement:
- Educate citizen developers and business units on platform capabilities, guidelines, and best practices.
- Create documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide platform onboarding.
- Upgrades & New Features:
- Stay updated with new Power Platform features, roadmap updates, and releases.
- Plan and coordinate platform updates, testing new functionality, and communicating impacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse).
- Familiarity with Azure services related to Power Platform (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Logic Apps).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and using the Power Platform CLI .
- Strong grasp of security models , identity management , and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Knowledge of ALM processes with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for Power Platform.
- Ability to work with Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit or similar governance tooling.
- Problem-solving skills for performance tuning and error troubleshooting .
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications such as:
- PL-200 : Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
- PL-400 : Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- PL-600 : Power Platform Solution Architect
- PL-500 : Power Automate RPA Developer
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (optional, but beneficial).
- Experience with broader M365 ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) integrations.
