Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer Developer / Technical Consultant

Experience: 410 Years

Ecommerce: Atleast 1-2 project (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 Commerce / CRM / Supply Chain, capable of delivering scalable integrations, automation workflows, and platform configurations.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to the eCommerce domain, having worked on at least 12 projects in this space.

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills

48 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

(Commerce / CRM / Supply Chain modules)

Strong understanding of OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) features

Feature set utilization

Configurations

Flows & functionality

Experience working on:

CRM

Case Management

Workflow Automation

Experience integrating:

Magento / Adobe Commerce with MS Dynamics

Adapters / Plugins / Connectors

Experience in:

Schema definition

Integrating Dynamics with backend / third-party systems

APIs via REST / GraphQL

Knowledge of:

Azure AD B2C

Identity & Access Management

Hands-on with Power Platform

Power Apps

Power Automate

Exposure to:

Azure Cloud Architecture

Azure DevOps / Pipelines / CI-CD

Experience using:

Jira or similar tools

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in Fintech / SME Lending / Payments / Digital Banking / Embedded Finance

Functional knowledge of:

B2B Marketplace / Commerce platforms

Exposure to:

Wave 2 updates

Copilot Studio

Agent build & deployment

Education

Bachelor's Degree in:

Computer Science

Engineering

Or equivalent practical expertise
