Position Overview
We are looking for skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developers with 25 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This is a technical role requiring deep expertise in D365 development and related Microsoft technologies.
The role may involve direct engagement with international customers (Canada/Malaysia), so some time zone overlap will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development G Customization
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Field Service modules).
- Develop custom components using C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript.
- Build workflows, business rules, Power Automate flows, and Azure Functions.
- Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or similar.
- Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Technical Design G Documentation
- Participate in requirements analysis and create technical design specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- uality G Delivery
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
Required Skills Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands on technical experiencein Dynamics 365 CRM
development projects
- Strong proficiency in:
- C#, .NET Framework/Core
- Dynamics 365 Plugins G Custom WorkflowActivities
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for form customizations and UI enhancements)
- Power Automate / Microsoft Flow
- Azure Functions
- In-depth experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
modules.
- Experience in system integrations (REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 solution architecture, security model, and performance tuning.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
