Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Design, build, and maintain customer-facing pages on the CRM Portal using both out-of-the-box capabilities and customizations.

- Oversee the CRM data model creation and participate actively in its design and maintenance.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide expert guidance on best practices in CRM development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with Azure, Power Automate, and other essential systems.

- Develop and deploy custom applications within Dynamics CRM, ensuring high performance and adherence to business requirements.

- Facilitate seamless integration of CRM with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the CRM environment.

- Keep abreast of new CRM features and technologies, advocating for the adoption of innovations that can benefit the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-12 years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Proven track record as a lead developer with experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data modeling principles.

- Professional experience in developing CRM Portals with a blend of out-of-the-box and custom solutions.

- Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for portal development.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly desirable.

- Knowledge of Power Automate and its integration with Dynamics CRM.

- Experience in creating apps within the Dynamics CRM platform.

- Familiarity with Azure and its services related to CRM integration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
