Job Description

WhatYou'llBe Doing:

  • Responsible for managing functional goals in the areas of services, system health, performance metrics, project management.
  • Manage staff including hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, teambuilding.
  • Systems analysis and design to support projects andrequestsdata analysis, business process analysis,hardwareand software analysis. Data model design, program specifications, project request estimates.
  • Fulfill the role of a business relationship manager toassistin the direction, analysis, definition, prioritization of the business requirements. Provide a single point of contact for the client.
  • Budget and Planning. Create and administer department and project budgets.
  • Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s).
  • Isaccountable for the performance and results of a team withinowndiscipline or function.
  • Adaptsdepartmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan;receivesguidance from senior manager
  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
  • Accountable for results of a small team.
  • Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions.
  • Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Candidateshould haveat least10 years of experience witha minimum of4 yearsin Microsoft Dynamics Business Central v14.
  • Experience on Continia Products for Document capture is a must.
  • Candidate should be from a Finance background
  • Candidate should have Implementation experience and should be proficient in Solution Design.
  • Support experience is a plus.
  • Candidateshould possess good communication skills
  • Self-driven, Bottom line oriented and take ownership of tasks assigned
  • Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization,
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations, when necessary,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and able to work independently or as part of a team
