This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Functional Consultant, located in Chennai. The Lead Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role involves conducting requirements gathering sessions, developing functional specifications, performing system testing, and providing user training. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration and customization
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and system testing
• Ability to perform data migration and integration tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in a consulting environment is a plus
