Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to join the IT team. The role focuses on designing and developing AI-powered virtual assistants and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design innovative solutions, and deliver Generative AI-powered assistants that enhance productivity and automate business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and recommend optimal technology solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
- Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POC), MVPs, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Build and deploy conversational assistants and AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Create bots using natural language for topics, trigger phrases, and responses.
- Develop Copilot plugins, connectors, and integrations to extend Copilot capabilities.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management, and feedback loops for AI agent performance optimization.
- Automate business processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
- Integrate solutions with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Maintain solution documentation and follow Agile development practices.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in software development or cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure ML.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and OpenAI technologies.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems using APIs or Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of ALM practices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architecture, and knowledge graphs.
- Exposure to AI agent development and conversational AI design.
- Experience working in enterprise digital transformation or automation projects.
