Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of CRM and fullstack developers, driving delivery of CRM, portal, and web apps.
• Architect scalable solutions integrated with ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel platforms.
• Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends, AIdriven enhancements, and customer experience strategies.
• Act as SME for integrations, data migration, and AIpowered customer service solutions.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment with standards and policies.

Requirement:

ؠ10+ years in Microsoft CE application development; 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect.

ؠProven track record in delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions, leveraging AI/ML for customer experience.

ؠHandson expertise with Azure AI, Copilot, Dynamics Contact Center, and chatbot/IVR solutions.

ؠStrong integration experience with SAP ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel communication systems.

ؠRecognized certifications such as Microsoft MVP (Business Applications / Power Apps / Copilot Studio), Azure AI Fundamentals, and Dynamicsrelated credentials
