Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training on Microsoft and AWS technologies, both in-person and virtually.
- Create, update, and maintain courseware and technical content.
- Assess participants and provide guidance for skill development and certification.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Stay current with Microsoft and AWS technology trends and certifications.
- Offer post-training support and best practices adoption guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or AWS Certified Trainer credentials.
- 312 years of IT experience, with 2+ years in technical training.
- Expertise in:
- Networking concepts and protocols.
- Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, boards, and integrations.
- PowerShell: scripting and automation.
- Terraform: infrastructure as code and version control.
- AWS: core services and deployment strategies.
- M365: administration and migration.
- Windows Administration: configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience training corporate teams or formal organizational settings.
- Extra certifications in technologies like DevOps or Security.
