Job Description

Preparation of microbiology media as per standard protocols.
Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment including Balance, Autoclave, Water Bath, Laminar Air Flow (LAF), Biosafety Cabinet (BSC), Microscope, etc.
Conduct microbiological testing in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend corrective actions.
Apply suitable methodologies and data interpretation techniques to resolve technical issues and foster continuous improvement.
Maintain laboratory quality assurance systems to ensure data validity and reliability.
Keep accurate, up-to-date, and concise laboratory records.
Support microbiological sampling and testing programs.
Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines for handling and disposing of biological materials in compliance with local environmental regulations.
