Job Description

  • Preparation of microbiology media.
  • Maintenance and calibration of Balance, Autoclave, Water Bath, LAF (Laminar Air Flow), BSC (Biological Safety Cabinet), Microscope, etc.
  • Perform microbiological testing according to standard procedures.
  • Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Apply appropriate methodologies and data interpretation techniques to overcome technical difficulties and promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain laboratory quality assurance systems to ensure validity and reliability of data.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date, and concise laboratory records.
  • Support microbiological sampling and testing programs.
  • Understand and use basic laboratory safety equipment and follow safety instructions for handling and disposing of biological materials in compliance with local environmental regulations.
