Microbiologist consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Microbiologist Consultant will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, analyzing data, and developing testing protocols to ensure the quality and compliance of products. Additional duties include ensuring the microbial safety of products, providing expert advice on formulations, and supporting the R&D team in developing innovative and sustainable solutions.

• Expertise in microbiological testing, including microbial enumeration, sterility testing, and pathogen detection
• Experience in designing and implementing microbiological testing protocols and quality control processes
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols in chemical and cleaning industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with data interpretation and reporting
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning products is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
