Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sales Officer, located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The sales Officer will be responsible for assessing and underwriting loan applications, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them through the loan origination process. The role involves conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service while working closely with clients from rural communities to support their financial growth and development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Origination, Underwriting, and Loan Assessment
- Skills in Finance, Financial Analysis, and understanding of credit principles
- Proficiency in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Experience working as a Sales Officer or similar role in the financial or microfinance sector
- Ability to work on-site and engage directly with clients in rural communities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Familiarity with microfinance models and rural credit systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Graduation Must
- Fresher MBA perfable
- Mimnum 1 year Experience MFI & Banking, MSME Loan.
