Role Overview:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for MICE services (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events).

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Solution Development: Understand client needs to create customized, compelling proposals, itineraries, and costings.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and suppliers (hotels, venues) to maximize profitability.

Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with operations, finance, and creative teams for precise and smooth delivery of MICE projects.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to identify new opportunities.

Reporting: Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Representation: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the company.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in corporate or MICE travel sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong client network in the corporate/travel sector.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet targets.

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years experience

experience in managing international travel and escorting groups
