Travel Diaries is expanding into the corporate MICE segment Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events and we are looking for a commercially driven professional to lead and grow this vertical.
This is a high-impact revenue role designed for someone who understands corporate psychology, negotiates confidently, and can build long-term client relationships in a competitive environment.
Role OverviewAs our MICE Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying corporate opportunities, building relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement leaders, and converting these relationships into profitable MICE business.
This role requires strategic thinking, margin protection discipline, and the ability to navigate price-sensitive corporate negotiations where trust must be earned.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new corporate MICE opportunities
Build and manage relationships with corporate decision-makers
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
Present structured, commercially viable proposals
Negotiate pricing while protecting company margins
Manage procurement discussions and payment terms professionally
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Contribute to building scalable MICE processes within Travel Diaries
Ideal Candidate Profile37 years of B2B sales experience (MICE/corporate travel preferred)
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
Confident negotiator comfortable handling pricing objections
Ability to protect profitability while maintaining client relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured sales process thinking
High resilience and ownership mindset
Entrepreneurial approach comfortable building a vertical from the ground up
