Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Operations Manager. The MICE Operations Manager will be responsible for contracting with vendors, negotiation, coordinating and managing all aspects of MICE events, developing and implementing event strategies, liaising with clients and vendors, creating itineraries, costing, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily tasks include budget management, team leadership, and monitoring event operations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Extensive experience in MICE operations management and coordination in travel industry
- Strong skills in curating exceptional itineraries and costing, developing and implementing event strategies
- Thorough knowledge on international destinations
- Excellent client and vendor relationship management
- Proficiency in overseeing event logistics and operations
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the travel industry is a MUST
