Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Hiring Manager – MICE Travel & Travel CRM Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in handling travel agencies, corporate travel requirements, and MICE operations (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
This role involves coordinating with travel agencies to onboard and manage their inventory on the RateHonk platform and supporting the growth of Hampor.com through strong agency partnerships and CRM-based travel solutions. The candidate will also promote and assist agencies in using our Travel CRM features for itinerary management, invoicing, customer handling, lead management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with travel agencies to onboard hotels, travel packages, sightseeing, transport services, and other inventory onto the RateHonk platform through the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and business partners
- Promote and support the adoption of Travel CRM solutions offered by RateHonk.
- Provide qualified leads to travel agencies and ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up
- Monitor lead conversion performance and assist agencies in improving sales processes
- Act as the communication bridge between agencies and internal operations teams for smooth coordination
- Ensure accurate inventory uploads, pricing updates, and regular maintenance of travel products on the platform
- Coordinate MICE travel arrangements including conferences, incentive tours, corporate meetings, and exhibitions
- Assist in onboarding new travel agencies and expanding business partnerships across domestic and international markets
- Support sales and business development activities for travel technology and CRM services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, travel operations, or travel business development
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
- Experience in handling MICE travel solutions and corporate travel clients
- Strong understanding of travel agency operations and B2B travel business
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of travel CRM systems, travel technology platforms, and travel management tools is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional office presence in Indore
