Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Business Development Personnel. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting thorough market research, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will focus on driving business growth by managing and closing business leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of MICE-related services. If you have business in hand we are hiring in Pune Bangalore and Delhi for Manager or higher level

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Lead Generation and a proven ability to initiate and close business deals
• Proficiency in Market Research, understanding customer needs, and staying updated on industry trends
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to provide a positive client experience and ensure satisfaction
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Previous experience in MICE or the travel industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
