Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) executive based in Pune. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and incentive tours by collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, ensuring timely delivery of services, identifying client requirements, creating customized proposals, supervising event logistics, and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure successful projects and the highest customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, corporate event management, and handling MICE-related operations
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in vendor management and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of budget planning and cost optimization for events
• Familiarity with CRM software or travel management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
• Flexibility to work on-site in Pune and attend occasional out-of-office events or tours, as needed
