PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform Follow-up activity through call (outbound calls)
• Enter all the information obtained upon follow-up on the forms as applicable
• Provide the number of the other department on all the inbound/outbound calls which
does not
include AE
• Document all the follow-up attempts in SharePoint
• Send all the required (closed and information obtained) follow-up documents to client
• Close the case in SharePoint with all the follow-up attempts
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain quality service and departmental standards by:
• Reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures
(SOPs)
• Assisting in establishing and enforcing departmental standards
Contribute to team effort by:
• Working with internal staff to resolve issues
• Exploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processes
• Helping others to achieve results
• Performing other duties as assigned
Maintain technical and industry knowledge by:
• Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored training
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Qualified to a minimum Bachelor degree level in Biosciences or an appropriate
healthcare or LIFE SCIENCE
Flexible to work in complete night shifts
pharmaceutical background.
Experience: 0-1 years in Pharmacovigilance.
