Key Responsibilities:
- Power Apps Development:
- Design and develop custom Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for our customer portal
- Configure and customize Power Apps components to meet specific business requirements
- Integrate Power Apps with other systems, such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
- Power Automate Development:
- Automate business processes using Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Create complex workflows, including approvals, data integration, and notifications
- Trigger flows based on events from various sources, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other systems
- Power BI Development:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide valuable insights to our customers
- Connect to data sources, create data models, and visualize data using various charts and graphs
- Share insights and reports with stakeholders through various channels
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions
- Troubleshoot errors and performance bottlenecks
- Provide technical support to end-users
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or an IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics developer
- Experience in designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps
- Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization
- Strong base in IT fundamentals, including full life-cycle of an IT project - project initiation / planning, business requirements definition, functional / technical design, development, test plans, documentation, implementation
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-moving environment
- Self-motivated and creative, with a focus on continual improvement and new ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a developer with some of the following: Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, SharePoint and Dataverse
- Experience doing development using C# JavaScript and other web development technologies
