Hiring: Mgr, Finance – FAST Master Data
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from office
Experience: 11–18 years
CTC: Up to 50 LPA
Notice Period: Any
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Finance Master Data experience
- Hands-on J.D. Edwards (JDE) exposure
- Strong knowledge of A2R, P2P & O2C finance processes
- MDM / Data Governance experience
- Knowledge of SOX, controls & audit
- Experience in global stakeholder management
- Strong documentation, KT & transformation experience
Role Highlights:
- Lead Finance Master Data design, governance and optimization within JDE
- Drive data quality, controls and close-readiness
- Partner with Finance, IT, Data and global stakeholders
- Support UAT, releases, troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Build SOPs, runbooks and knowledge-transfer frameworks
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
