Hiring: Sr Mgr, Finance – FAST Incident, Defect & Release Management
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days from office
Experience: 15–20 years
CTC: Up to 70 LPA

- Strong Incident, Defect & Release Management experience
- Hands-on JDE experience
- Strong Finance Systems & Processes knowledge
- L2 Support & Operations Governance
- Root Cause Analysis & Impact Assessment

- Strong SOX, Controls & Audit knowledge
- Global Finance Transformation experience
- Cross-functional coordination across Finance, IT, AMS & Data
Role Highlights:
- Own the L2 Finance Systems incident, defect and release management model
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical finance system issues
- Govern incident resolution, RCA, prioritization and release validation
- Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, FAST, AMS, IT and external partners
- Drive operational stability, close readiness, controls and continuous improvement
- Support KT, TSA exit, transformation initiatives and process standardization
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
