PolyWorks India is looking for a Metrology Process Analyst and Macro Developer who will be responsible for analyzing our clients manufacturing processes and optimizing them by customizing our PolyWorks software solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and identify improvement opportunities, playing a key role in optimizing their efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities

• Interact virtually with manufacturing clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions based on their industrial context
• Design, build, and implement solutions to automate complex workflows
• Control the quality and document the developed solutions before their release into production
• Participate in the testing and delivery phases to the client
• Interact with high-tech equipment (3D scanners, contact-based probing devices, laser projectors and trackers, robots, etc.)

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial or automated manufacturing, or another relevant discipline
• Demonstrate proficiency and hands-on experience with various programming languages such as Matlab, Excel VBA, Python, C#, and/or others
• Demonstrate good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, including metrology principles and techniques used for quality control and precision measurement
• Demonstrate strong collaboration skills, with a focus on effective information and knowledge sharing with colleagues across digital platforms
• Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail
