About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Meta & YouTube Ads Creative Specialist to develop and optimize high-performing ad creatives across paid marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creative processfrom ideation to executionwhile continuously analyzing performance data to refine and improve ad effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Execution
- Develop engaging and conversion-driven ad creatives (static, video, GIFs, and copy) tailored for different performance marketing channels
- Take complete ownership of video ad production pre-production (script writing, storyboarding), production (set, actors), and post-production (editing & finalization)
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and ad formats across all performance platforms
- Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize ad performance
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on creative performance using platform analytics and third-party tools
- Identify key trends, insights, and creative learnings to continuously improve ad performance
- Work closely with performance marketing and growth teams to iterate and refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights
- Optimize creatives based on engagement metrics, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with the paid media team to align creatives with audience targeting and campaign objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify creative opportunities
- Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap to maximize the efficiency of ad spend
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in performance marketing content creation or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads, including creative best practices
- Experience with performance marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or video editing software is a plus
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad messaging
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into creative improvements
- Experience running A/B tests and iterating creatives based on performance insights
