A performance-driven digital advertising function operating in the performance marketing and paid-media sector, supporting client and product growth across e-commerce, SaaS, and B2B verticals. We focus on measurable customer acquisition, ROAS/CPA optimisation, and data-led creative testing using Google and Meta ad platforms.

Role: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, launch and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), aligning with revenue and CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise bids, budgets, creatives and audience segmentation to improve efficiency and scale high-performing channels.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate tests for ad copy, creatives, landing pages and audience strategies; translate results into repeatable playbooks.
  • Build clear, actionable dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports (traffic, conversions, LTV, ROAS) and present insights to stakeholders to influence roadmap and creative priorities.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics and product teams to feed learnings into landing page , funnel optimisation and campaign experimentation.
