Role: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads) On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, launch and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), aligning with revenue and CPA/ROAS targets.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
- Continuously monitor and optimise bids, budgets, creatives and audience segmentation to improve efficiency and scale high-performing channels.
- Drive A/B and multivariate tests for ad copy, creatives, landing pages and audience strategies; translate results into repeatable playbooks.
- Build clear, actionable dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports (traffic, conversions, LTV, ROAS) and present insights to stakeholders to influence roadmap and creative priorities.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics and product teams to feed learnings into landing page , funnel optimisation and campaign experimentation.
