Meta Creative Strategist (Performance Ad)
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year working with D2C brands or agencies handling D2C clients
About Role -
We are looking for a Meta Creative Strategist who understands performance marketing and knows how to create UGC ads that actually convert.
This role is not for someone who only writes scripts. We want someone who can identify winning patterns, analyze ad performance, and turn insights into high converting creatives.
You will work closely with our team to build scroll stopping UGC ads for Meta campaigns across multiple D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities -
Creative Strategy
- Identify winning creative patterns from Meta ad libraries and competitor ads
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and ad angles for performance campaigns
- Plan UGC ad frameworks based on funnel stage and audience
Scriptwriting
- Write high converting UGC scripts for Meta ads
- Create multiple hook variations for testing
- Structure scripts for strong hook rate and hold rate
Performance Analysis
- Read and analyze Meta Ads dashboard
- Identify which creatives are working and why
- Suggest iterations based on CTR, hold rate, CPC and performance signals
Execution
- Coordinate with creators, actors and editors for ad production
- Manage UGC shoots and creator partnership ads
- Ensure scripts are executed correctly during shoots
Requirements-
- Minimum 1 year experience working with a D2C brand or agency handling D2C clients
- Must already be working in a Creative Strategist or Performance Creative role
- Strong understanding of Meta performance ads
- Ability to read Meta Ads Manager data
- Strong UGC scriptwriting skills
- Understanding of creative testing and ad iteration
- Comfortable managing creators and shoot execution
