Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meta Ads Trainer, based in Lucknow with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Meta Ads Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), creating training materials, monitoring learner progress, and providing hands-on support. The trainer will analyze market trends, identify best practices, and incorporate them into training sessions to ensure learners acquire relevant skills. Collaboration with learners to address any doubts or concerns is a key part of this role, in addition to supporting continuous curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Meta Ads, campaign creation, audience targeting, and performance analysis
• Knowledge of advertising strategies, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools
• Strong teaching, training facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to develop instructional materials and deliver engaging online and in-person training programs
• Experience in managing ad budgets and optimizing conversion rates is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of professional experience with Meta Ads and successful campaigns
• Ability to work independently with flexibility for hybrid and in-person office presence in Lucknow
