Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Lucknow. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to achieve targeted results. Daily tasks include campaign creation, performance monitoring, data analysis, and making necessary adjustments to improve metrics. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to produce effective ad strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Meta Ads campaign creation, management, and optimization
- Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad creatives
- Proficiency in digital marketing and brand strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with Meta advertising platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
