About the Role:
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialistwith at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ad strategy, audience targeting, creatives, and performance optimization, preferably with exposure to US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Lead Generation, Engagement, Awareness, and Traffic objectives
- Develop clear advertising strategies aligned with business goals and funnel stages
- Manage and optimize campaigns using Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Analyze performance metrics and take data-driven actions to improve results
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad copies, visuals, and videos
- Test multiple creatives, audiences, and messaging to scale campaigns
- Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs for efficient ad spend
- Prepare and share performance reports and insights with internal teams and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of Meta ad objectives: Leads, Engagement, Awareness, Traffic
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel setup and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Clear understanding of paid media strategy, funnels, and audience targeting
- Strong creative sense and ability to evaluate ad creatives
- Understanding of the US market / US-based clients (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance
Good to Have:
- Experience with US or international clients
- Knowledge of A/B testing, retargeting, and scaling campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking
- Agency experience is a plus
