We are looking for a talented and experienced Ads Specialist to manage Meta Ads campaigns and help our clients achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals.
- Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and achieve client goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Meta Ads and D2C marketing.
- Collaborate with the client management team to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, specifically working with D2C brands.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences.
- Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and custom event tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing ad budgets of Rs 100000 - 1200000 per month.
- Familiarity with other ad platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
