Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and run paid campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retargeting funnels.
  • Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize conversions.
  • Build and execute sales-driven funnels (Cold Warm Hot Retargeting).
  • Set up catalog ads, dynamic product ads, and event-based campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
  • Analyze user behavior, landing page performance, and conversion paths.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and copy to boost performance.
  • Identify scaling opportunities for winning campaigns.
  • Implement and manage Meta Pixel and CAPI integrations on product websites.
  • Monitor Events Manager, attribution windows, and tracking issues.
  • Work closely with the tech team to improve tracking accuracy and event firing.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce high-performing product ads.
  • Use competitor research and market trends to guide creative direction.
  • Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, CAC, CVR).
  • Share weekly/monthly reports with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze product performance across demographic segments.

Required Skills:

  • 14 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Product/E-commerce experience mandatory)
  • .Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics
  • .Experience with product catalog ads, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
  • .Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager
  • .Good understanding of consumer behavior and product positioning
