We're Hiring – Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and performance-driven professional with strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads and digital advertising strategies. If you have experience in scaling campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing ad performance, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• Manage complete Meta Ads workflow from campaign setup to scaling
• Handle Meta Business Manager, Ad Manager, Pixel setup, Conversion API, and audience management
• Work on lead generation, engagement, and conversion campaigns

• Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, and campaign performance metrics

• Coordinate with creative teams for ad creatives and landing pages

• Manage Meta Partner Program-related processes and advertising best practices

• Conduct campaign audits, troubleshooting, and optimization strategies

• Provide basic training and guidance to team members regarding Meta tools and workflows

• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, policies, and advertising trends

Requirements:

•Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite

• Knowledge of Meta workflow, campaign structure, and optimization strategies

• Understanding of Meta Partner ecosystem and advertising tools

• Experience with Meta Pixel, event tracking, and remarketing setup

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing

• Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns

• Team handling or training experience is a plus
