Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for leads, conversions, and traffic.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and formats to improve performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives.
- Manage budgets efficiently to achieve performance targets.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation & conversion campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel & Events setup.
- Basic understanding of landing pages and funnel optimization.
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on data.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
