Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads) who can own, optimise, and scale our Meta advertising ecosystem. You will work across both Ayuvya and imfresh to drive awareness, conversions, and high-ROAS growth for multiple product categories.
- This role demands deep technical expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the creativity to turn insights into compelling campaign executions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 24 years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands (wellness, beauty, or personal care preferred).
- Strong command over Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution modelling.
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, creative strategy, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take fast, informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills crisp, clear, and insight-oriented.

Key Responsibilities Meta Ads Ownership
- Develop and execute data-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta ecosystem to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Build full-funnel paid strategies tailored to Ayurvedic wellness and Gen Z personal-care audience clusters.
Audience & Consumer Insight
- Conduct in-depth audience and behavioural research to define high-intent targeting segments.
- Continuously refine custom and lookalike audiences for efficiency and scale.
Creative & Communication
- Craft compelling ad copy, hooks, and angles in sync with brand tone.
- Work closely with the in-house creative and content teams to develop thumb-stopping static, video, and UGC assets tailored for Meta placements.
Optimization & Data Analytics
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS daily.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and iterate fast to maximize performance and ROI.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale budgets while maintaining efficiency.
- Stay updated with Meta's latest tools, policy updates, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
