We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Manager to join our team in Salem/Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive client success. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Note: Candidates having background in beauty or wellness or aesthetic clinic- skin and hair treatment promotion and marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to achieve client objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
• Manage and track Ad budgets, ROI and performance metrics using Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with telecalling and sales team to enhance lead-to-walk-in conversion rates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, specifically with Meta Ads.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager and other related tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.

Salary: 40K-60K per month plus performance based incentives.

Work Location: Salem or Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Work Timing: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Sat will be working, Sunday is fixed off)
