Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns targeting awareness, engagement, conversions, and sales.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Implement funnel optimization and user journey mapping to increase conversions.
  • Utilize attribution models to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad formats, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Creative & Content Alignment
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ads that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leverage UGC, video, and carousel formats to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and landing pages.
  • Budget & ROI Management
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Forecast and optimize spend across campaigns for maximum revenue impact.
  • Recommend scaling opportunities and allocate budgets based on performance and business priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists and analysts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Innovate with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative ideas to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of driving conversions, revenue, and measurable ROI.
  • Strong expertise in funnel optimization, user journey mapping, and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, tracking pixels, and UGC integration.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
