What You'll Be Doing

End-to-end management of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

Strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns

Analysing performance data to generate insightful, client-friendly reports

Setting up custom audiences, funnels, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs

Collaborating with the creative team to brief ad copy and creatives

Conducting A/B testing, campaign budget allocation, and scaling winners

Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform trends

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, pixel setup, and attribution models

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Events Manager

Ability to write clear ad briefs and understand conversion-focused copy

Problem-solving mindset with an outcome-driven approach

Bonus: Experience in working with e-commerce, D2C, or service-based clients
