Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Expert based in Jaipur. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to maximize client results. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience research, analyzing campaign performance, refining ad targeting, and implementing budget strategies to achieve KPIs. The role will also involve crafting engaging ad copy, collaborating with creative teams for visuals, and staying updated on the latest trends in digital advertising to ensure strategic performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Meta Ads campaign management, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking
• Strong skills in audience research, targeting strategies, and data analysis
• Knowledge of ad copywriting and creative content alignment for digital advertising
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, lead nurturing strategies, and performance forecasting
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, ad budgeting, and ROI analysis
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of other digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Social Media Management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred
