We are seeking a full-time Meta Ads and Google Ads Expert for an on-site role located in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. This role involves audience targeting, AdWords strategy alignment, budget management, and ad performance tracking to achieve measurable results and maximize ROI. Collaboration with the marketing team to align ad efforts with broader business goals is also a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in managing and optimizing Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance
• Skills in A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills to make informed decisions based on campaign metrics
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for handling multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
