• Architect and design enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Viva
• Define and enforce M365 governance, adoption, and operational standards
• Lead migration from on-prem Exchange to Microsoft 365 cloud environments
• Implement security and compliance controls including DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and insider risk policies
• Integrate third-party applications with Microsoft 365 using APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Automate M365 administration using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams
• Develop architecture documentation, SOPs, and roadmap planning
• Provide service improvement plans and optimize platform performance
• Mentor engineering teams on M365 architecture and best practices
• Handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues as L3 support
