About the Role
Talentz AI is building AI-first hiring products focused on agentic systems and intelligent automation. We're looking for someone to own our messaging + content engine end-to-end and help build brand authority through consistent, high-signal content.
This is a high-impact startup role working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to monitor X, LinkedIn, Reddit and curate high-signal insights
- Convert market signals into strong POV content (LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters)
- Create ICP-targeted content for Founders, HR/TA leaders, and recruiting/staffing agencies
- Own weekly newsletter (idea draft publish analyze)
- Manage and update Talentz.ai website content (homepage, product pages, landing pages)
- Write messaging for product launches and feature releases
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
Required Skills
- 24 years in B2B content, SaaS, or AI marketing
- Strong structured writing and storytelling skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn + newsletters
- Understanding of ICP targeting and positioning
- Comfortable working fast in a startup environment
Ideal Candidate (Must-Have)
- AI-first mindset: you build content systems using AI, not manual workflows
- You have used GPT/Claude to automate content workflows end-to-end:
- signal mining + curation from social platforms
- synthesis into drafts and variants
- repurposing across formats
- distribution planning and scheduling
- performance tracking and iteration
- This is more than using LLMs to generate content you know how to use AI to run a repeatable content pipeline
- Strong editorial judgment (knows what to publish vs ignore)
- Self-driven, consistent, and comfortable working directly with a founder
