Role Description

Bluekode Academy is seeking a part time , Freelancer MERN Trainer for an on-site position at our Coimbatore location. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering training content, mentoring students, providing hands-on guidance for coding exercises, developing project-based learning materials, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. The trainer will play a key role in helping students build real-world applications and prepare them for successful careers in software development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Proficiency in programming fundamentals, JavaScript, and related frameworks
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for hands-on training materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver training in an engaging and effective manner
• Ability to mentor and guide students with differing levels of technical experience
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git, as well as deployment and testing tools
• Willingness to continuously learn and update skills to align with evolving technologies
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
