Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
Build scalable, secure REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
Develop modular, reusable components and interfaces using React.js
Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries
Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL for schema design, optimization, indexing & query tuning
Implement microservices architecture for scalable system design
Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams for seamless deployment
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth delivery cycles
Write clean, testable code with proper documentation
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and follow best practices

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in MERN Stack / Full Stack Development
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend service development
Hands-on experience with React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
Strong understanding of JavaScript & TypeScript
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, including schema design & query optimization
Good understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and scalable architectures
Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS preferred
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Supertest
Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and deployment pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
