About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the full web development life cycle and be eager to learn and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Work with the design and product teams to create user-friendly web interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance the product.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 12 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms like AWS/Heroku is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
- Knowledge of UI libraries like Material-UI or Bootstrap.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
