Job Description
We are looking for an SDE Full Stack Developer who can build scalable, high-performance web applications and take ownership of end-to-end development. You'll work across frontend and backend, help evolve our platform, and mentor other engineers while building robust, maintainable software solutions.
What Will You Do
- Build scalable, loosely coupled services to extend the platform.
- Develop secure and reliable API integrations with third-party systems.
- Improve infrastructure availability and performance on AWS.
- Take ownership of your code and operate large-scale applications.
- Mentor and guide full-stack engineers and promote best practices.
- Optimize frontend & backend performance and caching strategies.
- Implement strong security standards for data and application safety.
- Stay updated with modern full-stack technologies.
- Contribute to open-source or tech blogs (good to have).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js.
- Experience building consumer-facing web or app products.
- Backend frameworks: Express.js / Koa.js / Socket.io.
- Solid async programming skills (Promises, Async/Await).
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, AJAX, React.js.
- Databases: MongoDB, Redis, MySQL.
- Good understanding of DSA & OS fundamentals.
- AWS: EC2, ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, S3.
- DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Ability to debug and improve complex systems.
Good to Have
- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, Real-time Apps.
- Exposure to Vue.js.
