Role Summary
As a MERN Stack Developer, you'll develop robust full-stack applications using Node.js backend and React.js frontend. You'll collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality code, solve complex problems, and maintain projects using Git version control across major tech hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Build responsive UIs with React.js and scalable RESTful APIs with Node.js.
- Integrate MongoDB/NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
- Collaborate in Agile sprints, participate in code reviews, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and deploy applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js and React.js (must-have).
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases.

Qualifications
