We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who has deep expertise in React.js and can guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while actively contributing to the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
- Lead the development team by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Architect scalable and high-performing applications with a focus on front-end (React) optimization and seamless integration with back-end APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.
- Implement security, performance, and optimization strategies across the stack.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in JavaScript, React, and full-stack development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, component design, performance optimization).
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with the ability to design RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good To Have
- Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
