Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who has deep expertise in React.js and can guide a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers while actively contributing to the codebase.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
Lead the development team by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Architect scalable and high-performing applications with a focus on front-end (React) optimization and seamless integration with back-end APIs.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and technical skills.
Implement security, performance, and optimization strategies across the stack.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in JavaScript, React, and full-stack development.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
Strong hands-on expertise in React.js (hooks, state management, component design, performance optimization).
Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with the ability to design RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
