Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Build reusable, responsive UI components in React and ensure consistent UX across browsers and devices.
Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs in Node.js/Express and integrate them with front-end workflows.
Model and manage data using MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization. Quality, Performance & Collaboration
Write clean, testable code participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and improve reliability and observability.
Collaborate with product/design/QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.
Maintain documentation for APIs, components, and key technical decisions to support team alignment. AI-Enabled Feature Delivery
Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (e.g., intelligent recommendations, summarization, or automation) aligned with product needs.
Integrate AI services or APIs into existing workflows while ensuring data privacy and responsible usage.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
3â€5 years of hands-on experience building web applications using the MERN stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.js.
Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance-aware querying.
Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (e.g., JWT, session-based auth) and secure API design.
Experience working with Git-based version control and collaborative development practices.
Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA (or equivalent practical experience).
