Mern Stack Developer/Sr. Mern Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement microservices architecture and serverless solutions.
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to integrate responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud-based applications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working in insurance technology or fintech is a plus.
